PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink-jet recording head being arranged accurately without bringing adjoining base bodies into contact with each other by arranging a plurality of the base bodies on a substrate by a definite gap and bonding projected parts on the substrate in such a way that the projected parts occupy the gaps. SOLUTION: A plurality of base bodies are arranged on a substrate by a definite gap and projected parts are bonded on the substrate in such a way that the projected parts occupy the gaps to prepare an ink-jet recording head with a plurality of jetting holes. In this case, a plurality of the base bodies are cut from a plurality of base sheets arranged through cutting lines and a plurality of cut base bodies are arranged on the substrate by arranging continuously the adjoining ones of the cutting line each other. As a practical example of an ink-jet recording apparatus carrying the ink-jet recording heads obtd., a full line type ink-jet recording head 600 with a carrying roller 700 and a medium 800 to be recorded is cited. |
