PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple edible brown rice germinator capable of forming edible germinated brown rice by putting washed brown rice in a germinator to which a temperature controlled heater is attached and immersing it in antiseptic sodium chloride electrolytic solution together with the germinator and to provide a manufacture of the edible germinated rice using the same. SOLUTION: The washed edible brown rice 6 is put in this edible brown rice germinator 9 and it is put in an outer container 2. The sodium chloride electrolytic solution 3 is filled in the outer container 2 until the germinator 9 is immersed. An appropriate lid 1 is put on the outer container 2 and the power source of the brown rice germinator 9 is connected. Thus, this edible brown rice germinator for manufacturing the germinated brown rice by keeping a temperature appropriate for germination is obtained. |
