摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of a plate thickness, to reduce the abnormal quality and to save the labor by executing the correction of a roll gap based on the sum of an offset deviation of the difference between the measured plate thickness and the actual calculated plate thickness and an offset deviation of the difference between the actual calculated plate thickness and a target thickness. SOLUTION: The offset deviation 1 composed of the difference between the plate thickness measured with a sensor of aγray thickness meter, etc., and the actual calculated plate thickness calculated from the actual reaction and the gap, etc., of rolling mill rolls, is obtd. Further, the offset deviation 2 composed of the difference between the actual calculated plate thickness and the target thickness in a rolling schedule is calculated. As this deviation 2, further, the difference of sampling period between the actual reaction and the actual gas, oil film gap error of an oil film bearing, conditional variation of the roll, etc., can be used. The sum of the deviation 1 and the deviation 2 is inputted into control part in a hydraulic automatic gage control mechanism in the following process, and the correction of the roll gap executed to execute the control of plate thickness in the rolling mill.</p>
