PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the casting of a mold surface layer with specific thickness by injecting a heated mixture into a heated lining layer under vacuum to form the mold surface layer and forcibly cooling the mold surface layer and subsequently curing the mold surface layer at the normal temp. before heating and curing the same. SOLUTION: An epoxy resin mold 1 consists of a cavity epoxy resin mold 10 and a core epoxy resin mold 20. Both of the molds 10, 20 consist of mold surface layers 11, 21 and the lining layers 12, 22 provided in close contact therewith and, when they are set, a space P with a thickness of 15mm or less having a shape equal to that of a desired objective product is formed between the mold surface layers 11, 21. The lining layers 12, 22 are respectively equipped with cooling pipes 13, 23, epoxy resin injecting pipes 14, 24 and epoxy resin discharge pipes 15, 25. Since the lining layers are made of a metal, the mold surface layers coming into contact with the lining layers are forcibly and uniformly cooled and, since the cooling pipes are provided to the lining layers, accurate molding becomes possible. |
