<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the sealing period of time even for an article with a large width by a method wherein a seal-shaped ultrasonic horn, and at least one receiving roller to correspond with the horn, are provided, and the receiving roller is brought into contact with the seal-shaped leading end of the horn through a film, and is moved extending to the total sealing length. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic horn 1 is fixed to the leading end of an oscillator 7 on a fixing table 8, and receiving rollers 3 are axially fixed to levers 4 which are respectively fixed to a supporting block 6, and is urged to the leading end of the horn 1 by a spring 5. When a film 2 is fed to the leading end of the horn 1 by a feeding roller 9, and the supporting block 6 moves in (a) direction, and the rollers 3 make the film 2 come into press-contact with the leading end of the horn 1, the oscillator 7 oscillates, and at the same time, the supporting block 6 moves in (b) direction, and an ultrasonic sealing is performed in order at the contact point between the leading end of the horn 1 and the rollers 3. Then, when the sealing has been completed for the total width of the film 2, the oscillator 7 stops the oscillation, and the supporting block 6 is moved in (c) direction.</p> |
