<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mutual close contact state of molds to make burr hard to generate on a molded product and to enable the molding of two kinds of drain pipes by replacing only a part of molds by attaching and fixing a replacing mold forming the leading end part of an inspection pipe attaching port to a movable mold main body in a replaceable manner. SOLUTION: In two kinds of drain pipes, the end surface and inner peripheral surface of an inspection pipe attaching port are different in inclination direction. A replacing mold 42 is attached and fixed to a movable mold main body 41 by a bolt 421 as the mold for forming the end surface and the inner peripheral surface of the inspection pipe attaching port. The mating surfaces of the movable mold main body 41 and the replacing mold 42 are constituted so as to cross the molding surface of a cavity filled with a molding material at a right angle in the vicinity of the cavity. By this constitution, the pressing force of the bolt 421 acts effectively to extremely reduce the gap between the mating surfaces of the movable mold main body 41 and the replacing mold 42. Therefore, burr is not generated at this part of a molded product.</p> |
