<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to continuously and uniformly swell grains by keeping the grains and water for a specified time in an immersion vessel and taking the grains and the water out of the lower part of the immersion vessel while maintaining the specified amt. of the grains and water level, then supplying the required amt. each of the grains and the water into the immersion vessel. SOLUTION: The grains 17 are supplied from a grain supplying pipe 3 into the immersion vessel 1 by closing a lower stop valve 7 of the vessel 1. A signal is emitted to a grain feeding machine to stop the supply of the grains 17 when a grain amt. sensor 16 detects the prescribed amt. Next, the water is supplied from a water feed pipe 4 into the immersion vessel 1. A float valve is closed to stop the supply of the water when the prescribed water level is attained. The grains 17 and the water are rested for the specified time in the vessel 1 and thereafter, a meshed conveyor 9 is operated and the swollen grains 17 are taken out by opening the stop valve 7. At this time, the specified amt. of the grains 17 are continuously taken out and the corresponding specified amt. is continuously charged. The grins 17 are stagnated and passed under the specific conditions into the immersion vessel 1, by which the grains 17 are evenly and continuously swollen.</p> |
