Disclosed is a structure of a loop grip in a car. In the structure, the first grip(16) is vertically fixed at an upper side of the loop panel(14). A entering hole(22) of the outside body(24) is formed at a side of the second grip(18). An inside body(28) having a spring(26) is inserted into the outside body(24). A supporting piece(32) is fixed at a hanger(20) of the first grip(16). Thereby, the structure is efficient and no gas is generated by heaping goods.
