摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To achieve the power economization by reducing the starting-up torque of a pump and to secure the high performance of a hydraulic device by controlling the max. discharge flow rate of the pump to a constant value. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic device is equipped with a swash plate 21 which is supported by an inclined pivotal shaft 21a in eccentricity to a bottom dead center side, for the axis center S of a driving shaft driven by an engine E, and a variable capacity type piston pump 20 equipped with a control cylinder for the urging in the direction for increasing the tilt angle of the swash plate against a return spring 22. Further, the hydraulic device is equipped with a discharge conduit 30 for connecting the pump 20 and an actuator 50 and a capacity control valve 32 which is pilot-operated by the differential pressure between before an behind a throttle valve 31 arranged in the discharge conduit 30 and continuously controls the supply and discharge of the pressure oil for a control cylinder 32. The hydraulic device carries out the smooth starting-up of the pump 20 from the min. capacity which is nearly equal to zero and the continuous variable control for maintaining the max. discharge flow rate constant value.</p>
