PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the warp of a core wire and the deformation of an uneven pattern feasibly occurring when a belt molding having an uneven pattern area on the back surface is taken out from a mold. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a casting elastomer belt having an uneven pattern on the back surface comprises the steps of inserting an inner mold 5 in which a core wire 10 is spirally wound into an outer mold 4 in which a groove 2 or a recess and a flat part 3 are disposed locally along the circumferential direction and at least two deformation preventive grooves 7 separated on the inner periphery are engraved along the circumferential direction, charging and curing liquid-like elastomer in a space 6 formed between the molds 4 and 5, then drawing the one mold, and releasing the belt molding 8 adhered to the mold 4. |
