A pump (6) inlet is connected to an outlet (3) in the fluid tank and has its outlet connected to a component (5) for spraying granulate and/or fluid into the treatment chamber (1). A filtering device (7) prevents movement of granulate between the pump (6) outlet and the component (5) for spraying a mixture of fluid and granulate or only fluid into the treatment chamber (1). The filtering device includes a container having an inlet connected to the pump outlet and an outlet connected to the spraying components (5).
