PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for selective adjustment of location of a partitioning plate in the thickness direction thereof with respect to the combination of different resins by providing a thin plate which is flexible in a laminar flow of resin and extends in the direction of a joined resin passage in communication with a feed port of a flat die from a point at which adjoining resin passages diagonally, join along said joined resin passage. CONSTITUTION:When a high viscosity resin A is passed through a resin channel 2 and at the same time a low density resin B is passed through a resin channel 3, the resin A and B are separated by a thin plate 20 provided at the junction of a joined resin channel 4, in which the resin A flows at a velocity lower than that of the resin B, so that the thickness of the resin A becomes larger than that of the resin B. As a result, the plate is bent and displaced in the thickness direction of the laminar flow of resins and hence the resins are formed into two streams at the point of junction, which streams are joined together at a downstream point where there is no differential pressure, resulting in a stable combined flow free from turbulence between two streams. |
