PURPOSE:To realize the circuit easily by a C-MOS transistor(TR) and to attain miniaturization and low power consumption by constituting the clamp circuit by a comparator and a switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:One end of a clamp capacitor 1 is connected to one terminal of a switch circuit 4 and one input terminal of a comparator 5. The other terminal of the switch circuit 4 is connected to a DC voltage source 6 to set a clamp voltage Vs and connected to the other input terminal of the comparator 5 and the output terminal of the comparator 5 is connected to a switching control terminal of the comparator 5. The switch circuit 4 is turned on by a switching control signal at a high level and turned off by the switching control signal at a low level and the switching control signal is outputted from the comparator 5. Since the comparator and the switch circuit are easily realized by C-MOS TRs, the clamp circuit is easily integrated by using C-MOS TRs. |
