<p>The rotor has a dishes pole housing (10) fitted to the rotor shaft (11), enclosing a pole ring (12) having a number of permanent magnetic poles bonded together via a plastics material. The pole ring contacts the inner mantle of the pole housing and is blocked from relative axial displacement via radial retaining noses.The pole ring is supported within the pole housing via 2 bearing surfaces (13,14) with an annular width slightly less than the annular width of the pole ring, the radial retaining noses provided by peripherally spaced spring tongues of a spring element (15) fitted in the base (101) of the pole housing.</p> |
