Fluorescent film compound for display screen

The compound has a saline internal structure being prepared using PVA-SbQ with a stable ionic characteristic. A fluorescent film is then obtained on a cleaned glass substrate. The substrate is first cleaned with water and then exposed to UV rays and ozone. An ITO (tin oxide with indium) layer (2) is obtained on the substrate. An anode conductor is formed in the ITO layer by photo-etching. The anode conductor is covered by a layer (4) obtained by a centrifugal technique. A fluorescent layer emitting green light is formed on the substrate and exposed to UV radiation through a mask (8).
