The system comprises a stream lined body (1) with a tailplane at the rear, and a vertical stabiliser fin (11). The fin forms the hull under the body at the rear cabin. The body is flat in the vertical direction at the middle and front sections and converges towards a stern post (2) at the rear. The body can also be flexible with the upper and lower parts of the flat section being linked by adjustable elastic straps (3) which are adjustable between the front and the rear.
