The pen has a writing assembly (7,10,12,14,15) with a writing part (14,15) at its end with a return spring (6) to return the writing refill. A catch rod (5) can be selectively locked with the writing assembly and extends from the end of a hollow cylinder (1). A security cam surface (1c) is formed on an inner surface of the hollow cylinder and an inclined angled cam surface extends (3a) moves along and rotates in contact with the first cam. The angled cam surface is formed on a rotor (3) to selectively extend and retract the writing assembly.
