The scaffolding mount has a jib (2) movably fixed in place on a parapet and with two cables (6) connected to the casing. The fixing of the jib is assured by a stirrup (11) fixed to be housed on a lower vertical face (12) of the parapet (9) and has retainers to hold the jib with respect to the stirrup. The stirrup can have a support plate (13) to be fixed by its lower face (12) to the parapet and two wings perpendicular to the plate (14,15) and with a spacing to receive an arm (8) of the jib.
