The microwave lens receives an electromagnetic wave travelling in a first direction (Oz), and has phase shifting channels arranged in a second direction (Ox). This meets the panels (P) stacked in a perpendicular direction (Ox), each separated one from the other by conducting plates (PL) perpendicular to this second direction. Each panel has conducting wires parallel to the second direction, and carrying diodes which are blocked or unblocked to vary the phase shift. The conducting plate (PLI), dividing the channels into the sub-channels (d1, d2), lies parallel to the principal plates. The microwave frequency circuits are used to form diplexers (4) and impedance adaptors (5).
