APPARATUS FOR SHOVING IN A SMALL-SIZED COMPONENTS

To provide a compressing and inserting apparatus to compress and insert a small component onto PCB. The compressing and inserting apparatus consists of a lever operation device and a compressing/inserting device. The lever operation device consists of lever(20) that loads power directly with supported to body(10) and auxiliary lever(30) that is connected to the lever(20) with 2 layers. The compressing and inserting device is constituted of operation block(50) that is operated up and down in guide slot(12) of supporter(11) by the auxiliary lever(30) and installs a small component(100), and guide block(60) that is mutually operated with compressing spring(61) installed inside. Operation hinge(52) in the operation block(50) is inserted to "U" slot(33) of the auxiliary lever(30), and in the central part, a magnet is inserted to easily install the small component by magnetic force. Also the lever operation device contains lever(20), auxiliary lever(30), roller hinge(32) and body(10) to get reversion force. Thereby, it is possible to easily install the small component by magnetic force, and to get big pressure with a minimum space by the lever and the auxiliary lever.
