The dispenser has a housing (1), a cylinder (6) in which a piston (7) is longitudinally guided, a suction line (21,13,12) with a suction valve (22) and a pressure line (14) with a pressure valve (15). A rotary slide valve (5) is located rotationally in the housing (1), which has a passage bore (12) aligned with its axis of rotation (11) and a further passage bore. The pressure valve (15) is arranged in the further passage bore (14). A stop (24) limiting its rotational movement is provided at the rotary slide valve (5). An elastic deflectable part (10) is provided at the rotary slide valve.
