摘要 A measuring instrument which is used for a CDMA type mobile radio system using a pilot symbol, can improve the measuring accuracy of receiving SIR, and has a simple configuration. Received signals (20) are inputted to a synchronizing section (21) and frame timing which is the clock timing of the symbol and cycle period of a pilot signal is reproduced. An interpolation synchronous detecting section (22) generates an information symbol (23) subjected to absolute phase synchronous detection from the received signals (20) and a discriminating signal power calculating section (24) finds a desired wave power value. A pseudo-interference power calculating section (25) finds the power value difference between the information symbol and a fading envelope and uses the difference value as as pseudo-interference power. Integrating sections (26 and 27) integrate the desired wave receiving power and pseudo-interference wave power. An SIR measuring section (28) finds the receiving SIR (29) by dividing the average cumulative value of desired wave receiving power by the average cumulative value of the pseudo-interference power.
