The facility has an energy self-sufficient remote controlled device with a traversable basic part (1), a washing arm-piece (2) and a washing head (3). The power generating unit installed in the basic part consists of a combustion power plant which acts on a hydraulic plant for conversion into mechanical kinetic energy and on a unit for conversion into electrical power. The basic unit is capable of being traversed via a track-laying vehicle with separately driven and separately controlled tracks. The basic unit has two speed levels and is mechanically movable as well as the arm piece by memory programmed control.
