<p>The relay has a base (2) with a contact arrangement and a rocking armature (25) mounted on the base. A magnetic system with a coil (3, 4), a core (5) and two yokes (6, 7) is mounted over the base and co-operates with the rocking armature. At least the coil (3, 4) with the core (5) is embedded in the insulating material of a base body (1) with side walls (11) which extend downwards and enclose like a box the base (2), forming a closed contact chamber (10). The base body (1) which encloses the coil ensures a high insulating strength of the relay between coil and contact system, as well as a very stable construction.</p> |
