<p>Under the present situation, in which a desk is occupied by a personal computer equipment, a keyboard is left unattended in the same position on the desk although its size and weight inherently enable a keyboard to be kept elsewhere, because the keyboard does not have such function. A keyboard with a function of being put away, that is, a function of standing on its edge so that after use or when out of use or when interfering with work, the keyboard is made to stand to enable efficient use of a space on a desk and to make an input operation of a personal computer more efficient. To realize such function, a stand utensil comprising stand bases and a support arm is constructed such that it is mounted to a keyboard to align three members including the keyboard in parallel and pivotally link them with one another, one stand base provided with a latch, among two members on both ends of the keyboard, serves to latch the keyboard or support arm to permit the three members to form a triangle of force to maintain a standing position. Also, a document stand board is mounted to the stand base or the support arm to locate a reference document in an optimum position to enable an efficient input operation and a checking operation by the use of a reference document.</p> |
