<p>A film or panel excellent in near infrared ray absorption or near infrared ray shielding, high in visible ray permeability and excellent in tone of color. When a near infrared ray absorptive film or panel having an excellent tone of color is to be provided, a near infrared ray absorptive pigment, resin and a manufacturing method are selected in order to manufacture a film or panel while maintaining the pigment in a stable state. Further, a multi-layered film or a panel composed of multi-layered plates is formed in order to provide additional functions such as electromagnetic wave absorption when manufacturing a film or panel while maintaining the pigment in a stable state.</p> |
