The plate (1) has a group of holes to allow aeration of the cooked base of the food article (2) and feet (3) to allow a free circulation of the air between the lower face of the plate and a support on which it is placed. The holes can be circular and with a diameter of between four and fourteen millimetres. The plate can be circular with a diameter of between 250 and 450 millimetres. The holes are placed at the intersection of equidistant radii and concentric circles.
