PURPOSE:To simply form the slip of various types of formats by analyzing registered document format information and automatically deciding the format by a slip forming device. CONSTITUTION:The slip format information is arbitrarily registered by a registering means a in the form of the number of the digits of respective fields, the name of the item etc. on the slip capable of being grasped easily by a user and analyzed by an analyzing means b. Based on this analyzed result, ruled lines forming the respective fields of the slip and the arrangement positions of the item names of the respective fields are defined by a decision means c to decide the slip format. Also based on the analyzed result, data to be read from a storing means d by a reading means e is designated and processed contents to the read data is designated. The read data or the processed data is arranged according to the slip format decided by the decision means c under the control of a control means f and the slip is printed. Accordingly, the slip of the various formats can be simply formed. |
