A current source circuit of register line using darlington circuit is disclosed. The current source circuit of register line using darlington circuit comprises a first resister(R101) for receiving a predetermined negative voltage, a second NPN transitor(TR2) for composing of a darlington circuit, a fourth resister(R104) for transferring a current to the base of the second NPN transistor(TR2), a first condensor(C101) connected between an input port of the fourth resister(R104) and an emitter of the first NPN transistor(TR1), a second resistor(TR2) for transferring a signal from the first resister(R101), a first zener diode(ZD1) connected to a collector of the first NPN transistor(TR1), a third resister(R103) connected to the collector of the first NPN transistor(TR1), a upper part(300) for preventing a critical current from overflowing, a lower part(400) for composing of inner structure, and a second condensor(C102) for charging a voltage. Thereby, a current source is stabilized and a fabricating cost is reduced.
