Method and apparatus for the production of profile enabling to form various patterns on the surface up to the inner part of profile and to reduce and ease production process are offered. Hopper(2) supplying mixed materials is set up to pellet forming device(1) and screw shaft(3) whose inside pitch of screw thread(3a) of gas eliminating hole(4a) part is smaller than that of perimeter part is inserted to one side of the hopper. Cylinder(4) whose circumference having a heating device(5) is formed and extended horizontally and the 1st brake plate(9) forming many passing holes(9a) is composed of the 1st die(7).
