<p>PURPOSE:To realize a manufacturing method of an aluminum dross briquette for deoxidation which improves the characteristic requested to be as the deoxidizer and can reduce the manufacturing cost, by manufacturing the bulky deoxidizer from the aluminum dross generated during aluminum refining. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1 of a hot dross treating device has a cylindrical body 2 provided with a porous bottom plate 3, and after charging the aluminum hot dross 4 to the inner part, impact is applied to the hot dross 4 with an impacting body 6 through a metal plate 5 to impact-harden to form a dross cake. Thereafter, the dross cake is divided to manufacture the aluminum dross briquette for deoxidation.</p> |
