摘要 This original method cleans effluent air contaminated during processing and manufacturing. It flows through one or more purification sections, rising in the first. It encounters baffles, inducing swirl. It is mixed with clean air and flows through filter(s) and sprays. Also claimed is the equipment to carry out the process. The inlet connection (2) is near the base. Baffle plate separators (7), filtering stages (14, 27, 41), a fresh air supply unit and scrubbing equipment are included. The air is cleaned by the equipment; also it is reacted with atmospheric oxygen, in the form of clean air. Several chambers, preferably up to 5, are connected in series. In the first, the inlet (2) is directed downwards at an angle of 15 deg -45 deg . There are spray nozzles (6) in the inlet connection (2), with impact plate separators (7) at its height. Individual separator plates (8) are adjustable between 0 deg and 80 deg . In one chamber there is a reaction section and at least one high voltage discharge field (50). Immediately after the field, there are fresh air inlet openings (53). If appropriate, turbulence inducing sheets (45). Length and construction of the reaction path are designed to allow a defined reaction. In the reaction section there is provision for effluent air acceleration and swirling. There is a chamber after the reaction section, serving to discharge the effluent air. The outlet opening (55) of the final chamber is located near the base and a blower is included.
