The cover flap (14) connects in a closed position on the view side (80) of the adjoining outer wall (60), closing the opening. In a release position, the flap is pivotable out of the opening to the view side of the outer wall. The flap is pivotably arranged on a frame (10) insertable in the opening and in the closed position covers on the view side the opening surrounded by the frame. The frame inserted on the inside (68) of the outer wall in the opening may be rigidly fixed to the outer wall by connecting devices (76). The frame may have laterally extending fixture flanges, which are fixable on the outer wall on inside extending fixture surfaces (70,72), preferably by means of rivets (76).
