The tool engages round one side of the clamp, and has levers (4,4') joined to each another by a bolt, etc. The levers' ends are turned away from the bolt and have arms (7,7') which deform the tube. The bolt has a predetermined breaking point, and so deformation or breakage under load cannot occur before the bolt breaks. The levers are prevented from falling down after the bolt breaks. Extended formations (6,6') on the tension part (3) have additional back-cut cavities (12') which maintain the levers with their pressure arms in location even after the bolt breaks.
