After the upper cover is assembled in the head part which consists of the refrigerant inflow part and the refrigerant outflow part and the window seeing through, the part assembly process products the upper body brazing a connection part. A step products the container which is open in the upper side and which is brazed in the lower part inserting the cover of a cylinder. A compressed step supports the lower retainer in the inner tube forming the part which passes the coolant to the lower part on the wrinkles part. When the lower part of the inner tube installing the lower retainer is supported on the lower cover, a step compress the lower part into the cylinder body. A step inserts the filtering, the components of a filter, a drier, a filter and a upper retainer order into the upper part of the open container for penetrating of the inner tube.
