The present invention relates to manufacturing method of unidirectional electric grater which is used in fabricating an iron core of stationary machinery electric device such as a transformer etc, and in particular, relates to manufacturing unidirectional electric grater including silicon of 2.80-3.50 in weight. The present invention is comprised of two steps; wherein one step is to heat Si 2.80-3.50 in weight, C 0.05-0.07 , two kinds chosen of Al, N, Mn, S, Cu, Sn and Sb as controlling materials or the case that the sum above two is 0.15-0.25 , Fe: heating slab for manufacturing unidirectional electric grater in temperature of 1370-1400 deg. C, and the other step is to rough-roll the heated slab under rate of pressure to the lower part, 45-55 .
