<p>The method according to the invention finds application in DECT systems including radio fixed parts (RFP) connected to one switching network at least (MEP), connected in its turn to the public network (PSTN). The method includes the following steps: a) associating to each switching network (MEP), a GPS receiver, suitable to receive, at a pre-set interval, messages containing data called "time of day"; b) associating to each switching network (MEP), means suitable to select one message among the above mentioned ones as reference signal (ToDrif) common to all said radio fixed parts (RFP); c) obtaining from said so-called "time of day" information a current time signal (ToDcorr); d) calculating the time interval ( DELTA t) elapsed between said reference signal (ToDrif) and said current time signal (ToDcorr); e) calculating the above mentioned parameter called radio multiframe number (MFN) in respect with the duration of said time interval ( DELTA t). <IMAGE></p> |
