<p>An optical pickup (1) used in an optical recording and reproduction apparatus, wherein a wiring board (2) formed with a wiring pattern has electrically connected to it a light receiving and emitting unit (3) provided with a light emitting unit (10, 11) and an optical signal detection unit (13). At the same time, an object lens driving means (6) is arranged on the wiring board.
