In case the operation of home appliances(10-1,10-2,10-3) is controlled by a home bus(50), a home controller(30) makes a home bus typed order and is inputted into an infrared ray transmitter(40) by way of the home bus(50). The infrared ray transmitter(40) decodes the home bus typed order and generates a remote control signal by way of a remote control typed order for home appliances. Also, using the public telephone network etc., to control the motion of the home appliances in outer part via a network controller(55), it interfaces with home bus(50), and after inputting the product required by an user and transmitting it to the infrared ray transmitter(40), generates infrared ray signal according to infrared ray signal data of the product memorized.
