A wire winding up roller(71) rotates by the power of a rotating motor(70). As a driving wire(72) wound by a wire winding up roller(71) is pulled to X direction, a brush(40) is pulled pushing the moisture formed on the surface of a glass(20) to one side, wiping up the moisture dry. In case a power switch(PSW) is ON, the motor(70) rotates to the same direction and in case the brush driven by this rotation reaches a limit switch(LSW2), the microcomputer(80) sends high level signal to an input port(193).
