PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service for patients while effectively utilizing data generated on the job side of medical treatment by outputting the name, address and notice statement of a patient from a patient master file based on data showing the necessity of re-examination. SOLUTION: A patient master file storage means 35 is composed of records of items such as a patient ID, name, address and insurance certificate class. An examination master file storage means 36 is composed of records of items such as the patient ID, examination date, examination necessity and examination item. A treatment master file storage means 37 is composed of records of items such as the patient ID, treatment date and treatment subject. The result of treatment is described on a record card by a medical doctor and corresponding to the patient ID, treatment data are inputted by terminal equipment in the office and recorded in the treatment master file storage means 37. When the examination is further executed, data such as the examination date and time and examination item are inputted from the terminal equipment and stored in the examination master file storage means 36. |
