PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a correlator capable of reducing power consumption without necessitating a frequency converter by providing a signal extract section extracting a signal for a half cycle in a received transmission modulation signal in a pre-stage of a signal transfer section. SOLUTION: A signal extract section 6 provided to a pre-stage of a signal transfer section 1 uses a clock ϕ2 generated from a clock generating section 7 to extract data D4 for a half cycle from waveform sets for plural cycles of received transmission modulation signals D3 and converts the data into a charge quantity. The data D4 given from the signal extract section 6 to the signal transfer section 1 are data corresponding to '1' or '0' of data of PN code data D2 and takes correlation with the PN code data D2 so as to extract transmission data D1. Since the clock ϕ2 used by the signal extract section 6 is used separately from a clock ϕ1 driving the signal transfer section 1, the signal transfer section 1 receives the effect of other parts. |
