PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thick custardy soup-style custard pudding capable of improving commercial value and of creating a new demand by making taste sensations, eating feelings, visual characteristics, nutritive quantities, ways of eating, sensuous value, etc., better than that of any conventional custard pudding. SOLUTION: This custard pudding is obtained by putting (A) custard pudding materials 2 and some pieces 3 selected from a group comprising (B) fruits, (C) beans, (D) rice cake, (E) wheat-gluten bread, (F) starch paste, (G) konnyaku, (H) sweet jellied bean paste, etc., into a vessel 1 having a thick custardy soup's vessel-like shape to mix and cook them. |
