PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge hot air in a living room quickly to the outside of a house at night in summer by a method wherein a hot air extracting duct, whose one end is communicated with a duct for planning ventilation and the other end of the same is extended to the outside of the house, is provided and an exhausting fan is arranged in the duct. SOLUTION: A closing valve 12 is closed and another closing valve 13 is opened by the operation of a control unit 24 whereby heat exchange in a heat exchanger 10 is stopped. On the other hand, an exhaust fan 21, having a big flow rate of air, is driven and a closing valve 22 is opened while a sky window 23 is opened. As a result, outdoor cool air, sucked into an air supplying duct 9, flows into a hall 3a through the closing valve 13 and a branch air supplying duct 11 while a part of the same flows into second floor living rooms 4a, 4b and a first floor living room 3b through a venting hole 7b. dot air in the hall 3a and the first floor living room 3b flows into a branch chamber 15 through an exhaust port 8 and exhaust ducts 14a, 14b while a part of the same is discharged to the outside of the house through an exhaust duct 19. On the other hand, hot air in the second floor living rooms 4a, 4b flows into another branch chamber 17 through exhaust ducts 16a, 16b, then, is discharged to the outside of the house directly through a hot air extracting duct 20 with a big flow rate of air. |
