PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an ink absorbing layer to be printed both before and after packaging by forming the ink absorbing layer on one of faces of a plastic support and holding heat-sealing characteristics on the other face. SOLUTION: A support made of a plastic having heat-weldability at a low temperature comprising a single non-stretched film such as polyethylene or polypropylene or a plastic film substrate with a heat-sealing layer provided on one of faces is used as a support. After easy-to-adhere processing is performed on a face where an ink absorbing layer is to be expected to be formed on the other face of the support, the ink absorbing layer is formed as a coating layer of coating agent comprising aqueous solution of water-soluble high polymer being binder components of the ink absorbing layer. Thus a sealed part can be formed by heat-sealing when the support is used for mailing or the like. In addition, required items or the like can be printed on a packaging material, while recording is possible by a non-contact recording method even after the material is made into a package. |
