PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging device for a cover unit of a distribution panel in which the cover unit can be quickly opened/closed, and in addition, the cover unit, even when it is intended to be opened, can not be opened unless a pressurizing part is operated. SOLUTION: This device integrally has a cover unit 1, a frame 2 openably/closably provided with the other end, a first engaging part 101 in an opening/closing side end part of the cover unit 1, a second engaging part 301 engaged with the first engaging part 101 when the cover unit is placed in a closing position, a pressurizing part 302, a shaft part 303 and a turn impeding part 304. The shaft part 303 is journalled to the frame 2, the pressurizing part 302 is arranged by providing a suitable space from the shaft part 303. When the pressurizing part 302 is pressurized, the second engaging part 301 is actuated to turn in a disengaging direction from the first engaging part 101 around the shaft part 303 as the center of rotation. The cover unit 1 is actuated to turn in an opposite direction to that actuated by the pressurizing part 302 around the shaft part 303 as the turning center. The turn impeding part 304 pushes the pressurizing part 302 with larger pressure than what the first and the second engaging part 101, 301 are retained at a normal position so as to prevent the cover unit 1 from turning in the opposite direction. |
