<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse device with which a cursor on a display screen can be moved to any arbitrary place without moving the mouse device in the case of moving the cursor. SOLUTION: A magnet 8 and a magnetic sensor 9 for detecting the position of an origin are relatively rotated in a prescribed cycle by a motor 10, an origin signal is outputted from the magnetic sensor 9, and an azimuth magnet 7 and an azimuth magnetic sensor 5 are mutually separated for a prescribed distance and relatively rotated in this prescribed cycle as well. When a button is pushed down, the magnetic. sensor 5 is oscillated oppositely to the pushing direction of the button, the magnetic sensor 5 and the azimuth magnet 7 are made closer, the azimuth magnetic sensor 5 detects an azimuth and outputs an azimuth signal and from the origin signal and the azimuth signal, data showing the moving direction and moving amount of the cursor are outputted.</p> |
