PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transmission characteristics of a high frequency signal whole suppressing an increase in an area of a package. SOLUTION: In a low frequency transmission wire 22, a coplanar wire in which a ground conductor 9 is disposed on only one side is adopted. In a high frequency transmission wire 21, a coplanar wire in which ground conductors 9, 9 are disposed on both sides is adopted. A mounting part of a pellet is biased to a base 4 and disposed, and both differential signal wires 21a, 21b are symmetrically disposed with respect to reach other to make equal length wiring. Accordingly, as compared with the case that, in a low frequency transmission wire, the ground conductor is disposed on both sides, an occupied area of the coplanar wire can be half reduced. An increase in an area of a base and a pellet is suppressed by the coplanar wire, while crosstalk noise between high frequency transmission wireds can be prevented, and transmission characteristics can be enhanced. Transmission characteristics between both differential signal wires can be equalized by equal length wiring. |
