PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock wool cultivation bed for improving the moisture content of a rock wool cultivation bed upper part, lowering an air layer ratio, accelerating the rooting of roots, lowering the moisture content of a rock wool cultivation bed lower part, improving the air layer ratio, supplying sufficient oxygen to the roots, improving a water discharge property and hardly generating diseases. SOLUTION: This rock wool cultivation bed is composed of an upper layer whose thickness is 25-50mm and density is 50-120kg/m<3> and a lower layer whose thickness is 25-100mm and density is 20-80kg/m<3> . |
