摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature coil energizing circuit that is capable of reducing the influence of fluctuation in the maximum amplitude even if the value of the maximum amplitude in the flux distribution of a field magnet, and that is capable of reducing fluctuation in thrust when a linear motor is three-phase-driven. SOLUTION: The outputs V1 , V2 of a Hall element hu are input to comparators 10u, 11u that compare them with a reference output voltage V0 . The outputs V3 , V4 of the comparators are input to sine wave generating circuits 20u, 21u, and the outputs V5 , V6 of the sine wave generating circuits are input to offset circuits 30u, 31u for superposing the reference output voltage V0 . The outputs V7 , V8 of the offset circuits are input to a differential amplifier 4u, and the output V9 of the differential amplifier is applied to an armature coil Lu. Voltage is applied to the other armature coils Lv, Lw as well.
